Hearts and Hands is a Texas unincorporated nonprofit association, organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes to benefit the local community. The organization achieves this purpose by raising funds and making contributions to other non-profit charitable organizations that provides services to the city of San Antonio, Bexar County and surrounding areas and communities and KWCares International.
